Are you ready?! In a time where the world is constantly demanding our time and attention, we are going to take the lead and hit pause.
On Friday, September 6th, and Saturday, September 7th, Thousands of women are going to gather and position themselves for god to do something significant in their hearts and lives. This is a weekend that will not just entertain you, but truly position you to flourish in who you are created to be.
From powerful and transforming messages from Charlotte Gambill, Zai Chandler and Hannah Ouellette, to worship moments that you will never forget led by Elevation Church Worship Leaders Jane Williams and Emaurie Woods - you my friend are going to be inspired and impacted. And of course...this would not be conference without some incredible fun! You will experience many moments that will soon be memories of laughter and joy that you will carry with you for a lifetime.
So, what are you waiting for? Let's take back what the world has been trying to take from us and let's get in position to experience something that has the ability to not only impact our current moment, but the God future that is before us. Girls, let's flourish!

CHARLOTTE GAMBILL
Charlotte and her husband Steve have built and served the local church together for three decades as pastors and senior pastors of a thriving multi-campus church in the UK and Europe. Charlotte now serves the church globally as a teaching pastor at Church Of The Highlands and by supporting many other churches by preaching, teaching and mentoring team and staff. Founder of the Collective Mentorship program, which includes The Collective Season 1 & 2, The Collective Retreat and The Collective Cohort, author of 16 books, co-founder of the Dare To Be movement, Charlotte has committed her life to teach, train and invest in others both locally and globally. Her deepest joy in all of this is building her family first. Married to Steve for over 28 years, they have two young adult children, Hope Cherish & Noah Brave.
ZAI CHANDLER
Zai Chandler is a passionate, authentic, and joy-filled lover of Jesus. She is known for her ability to effectively and authentically communicate the love of God. She is dedicated to building the local church and seeing people come alive to their purpose. Zai uses her story to help others hope for a future brighter than their past. She pastors Union Church along with her husband, Stephen. Their church is a life-giving community of thousands of people across Maryland.
When she is not preaching and leading, Zai enjoys scoping out new restaurants, talking about her puppies, and mothering the world’s best kids: Zoe, Roman, and Jade.
HANNAH OUELLETTE
Hannah Ouellette has a passion to mobilize women to mark their world for Christ. She has dedicated her life to boldly preaching and teaching the Word. With her powerful and transparent preaching style she impacts women to step into all God has created them to be.
Hannah is the founder of Flourish in Denver, CO. Flourish is a growing movement that empowers women to come alive to their God-created purpose and to flourish in the very place they find themselves in!
She is also the co-founder and co-pastor of Thrive Church in Lone Tree, CO with her husband, Jacob. Hannah is a graduate of Oral Roberts University, and is also the mother of three children, Faithlyn, Ethan and Graham.
JANE WILLIAMS
Jane Williams is a worship leader and songwriter, and was a part of Elevation Worship for 11 years. She's been a part of writing songs such as "Yahweh" and "Mighty Cross" while she was on staff at Elevation Church. She signed as songwriter to Essential Music Publishing in 2022 and has since been a part of writing songs like "Speak To The Mountains", "In The Room" and "Wait". Even though she's no longer on staff at Elevation, she still leads worship at the Elevation Blakeney location where her family is involved. She does some coaching and songwriting classes centered around building community and culture within worship teams. She is still very passionate about pastoring worship leaders and pastors in their unique gifts. Jane and her husband Luke live in Charlotte, NC with their kids Wyatt (12), Nolan (10) and Josie (3) and dog Jax.
EMAURIE WOODS
Emaurie Woods from Elevation Worship has always carried a passion for worship. From college worship and prayer gatherings, to leading in Las Vegas and Florida at different churches through the years, to recording a live album during 2020 called Waiting Awakened with the Watch Worship. His conviction is to see people encounter God’s presence. He lives out this calling as a Worship Leader at Elevation Church with his wife Hannah and son Zayden in Charlotte, NC.

It is our heart to make sure we are not, “doing ministry,” alone. We have created a space for pastor’s wives and church leadership staff to get intentionally poured into and spoiled on this weekend.
